ARTICLE 2 – DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
The purpose of the Site is to present the activities of real estate management, real estate administration, interior design consulting and connection with concierge services.
The Site is not a commercial site and does not offer any online commercial transactions.
The User is responsible for Internet connection costs and must ensure that his equipment is functional and secure.
The Site is accessible 24/7, except in the event of maintenance or force majeure.
ARTICLE 3 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Operator is the exclusive owner of all elements present on the Site (texts, images, videos, logos, database, graphic charter, etc.), protected by the Intellectual Property Code, with the exception of images, videos and other elements from royalty-free platforms, for which usage rights are granted.
Any reproduction, modification, distribution or exploitation without written authorization is strictly prohibited and subject to prosecution.
ARTICLE 4 – RESPONSIBILITIES
The Operator cannot be held responsible for:
- Temporary interruptions of the Site;
- Damage caused by use of the Site;
- Content published by third parties (e.g. comments, reviews);
- Hypertext links leading to third-party sites;
- Services provided by third parties in connection with the Site (e.g.: concierge service, decoration, rental management).
The User undertakes not to publish illegal content (e.g. defamation, incitement to hatred, invasion of privacy). Any illegal content may be deleted without notice. The User is also responsible for the information he consults and undertakes not to attempt to alter the proper functioning of the Site.

ARTICLE 9 – COMPLAINTS AND MEDIATION

In accordance with article L. 612-1 of the Consumer Code, the User may have free recourse to a consumer mediator before any legal action.
If no agreement is reached, the dispute may be submitted to the competent courts of Paris.

ARTICLE 10 – ACCEPTANCE OF THE GCU
By accessing the Site, the User acknowledges having read these GCU and accepts them without reservation.
