Its wood and stone façade, generous volumes, and breathtaking views of Mont Blanc make it an exceptional retreat for stays with family or friends, combining high-end amenities with mountain authenticity.
Arranged over four levels, each served by an elevator, the chalet features spaces designed for comfort and conviviality.
On level -1, the chalet features a two-car garage as well as a fully equipped ski room with boot and glove dryers, optimized storage, and a convenient laundry room. There is also a spacious 70 m² wellness area with an indoor jacuzzi that can accommodate eight people, a sauna, a steam room, a massage room, and a guest toilet.
On the garden level, three double bedrooms with king-size beds (180 cm), each with its own private bathroom, offer comfort and privacy. A dormitory with eight single beds, ideal for children or groups, also features a bathroom with a bathtub. For added convenience, each room has a minibar and a safe.
On the ground floor, the 90 m² living space is centered around a spacious living room with a central fireplace, bar, and comfortable sofas, all opening onto a spectacular view of Mont Blanc. The dining room features a large table that can accommodate up to 16 guests, while the fully equipped kitchen—with a semi-professional range cooker, double refrigerator, double dishwasher, rotisserie, and wine cellar—meets even the most demanding needs. An adjoining private cinema room with a giant screen, home theater system, PlayStation, and comfortable benches offers unforgettable moments of relaxation. Finally, the outdoor terrace, equipped with a table for 12 people and a Nordic hot tub heated to 39°C, complemented by a private garden, invites you to fully enjoy the panorama.
On the upper floor, the 45 m² master suite is a true cocoon. It features a king-size bed, a bathroom with a bathtub, shower, double sink, and private toilet, providing a refined and intimate space.
